Don't buy TWO same M-AUDIO interfaces on windows 10. Microsoft considers the MIDISport line OLD produict. Don't make the same mistake like me to believe things will get better and fixed by Microsoft and M-AUDIO. Two MIDISport devices won't work, Just try another device like the Mio. Conclusion is don't rely on much support for the MIDISports on Windowx 10. M-AUDO even stated somewhere on theor forum two M-Audio devices on Windows is not supported ! Two or more M-AUDIO interfaces work PERFECTLY under Ubuntu ! (Bitwig for example) with very large SYSEX et all ONE MIDISPort MIDI interface on Windows works fine. Perhaps MAUDIO has no power to push either. Has been there for > 1 year without a fix ! MIDI seems to have a VERY LOW priority for Microsoft.
